I love apple juice better but pineapple juice and orange juice are the ones that are affordable and are easily available in our local market.

    Your normal stomach acid is far stronger than the
    acids in orange or pineapple juices.
    That bit about the acid damaging your stomach is a crock.
    Do rinse your mouth after drinking the juices though.
    That small amount of acid could help tooth decay bacteria along just a bit.

    i don’t think orange juice does because it’s acidity is too low to damage the lining of the stomach. i think pineapple juice may, not because it’s acidic but because it has enzymes that can break down proteins.

    You would have to drink incredible amounts of juice to hurt yourself. The folic acid in oj is actually good for you.

    technically juices with citrus acid aren’t good for cause they do damage ur stomach and your teeth
