How Do I Measure 2-3 Oz Of Chicken Breast Without A Scale?

I am about to start a diet which tells me to eat between 2-3oz. of chicken and turkey breast, but how do I know I am eating the correct amount if I don’t have a scale? Can I have the butcher at my local market do it, or is that too much to ask? Please help!!
