What Activities Are There In Antigua For Small Children?

I’m going to Antigua with two 3 yr olds. I haven’t been there before. Does anyone recommend something for little kids? I’m going to be staying in Jolly Harbour area. How do I go to a local market? Is it worth renting a car? Or is it easy to get around with the children using public transportation? Thanks!
