How Do I Write Legal Part Of Agreement “compensation For Representative”?

I have to write a representation agreement and include that the prices issued to the representative do not include any fee for the representative and he has to put his own margin on top depending on how much he spent on marketing, but at the same time keep margin reasonable and competitive for local market that he is going o be working in.
