Do You Have A Tasty 4th Of July Treat Recipe?

On the 4th of July, me and my family are going to gather to celebrate the patriotic day and we are going to the park, to see the fireworks of course! Anyways, I have to bring something tasty for the kids, like a dessert. I want to know if any of you guys have a tasty treat that follows these guidelines:
- good for kids
- no refrigerator needed
- ingredients that can be found at local markets
- is under $20.00 [preferably less] in ingerdients
- doesn’t use weird cooking utensils
