What Can I Make With Tomatoes That I Can Sell At My Local Farmers Market?

Its looks like mine and my childrens garden will have an over abundance of tomatoes, Jalepeno, Habenero, cayenne, and bell peppers this year. I would like to make something that We can sell at our local farmers market or to neighbors so that my children will have extra spending money over the summer. I thinking something that can be canned or dried. Thanks for the help!
